A very simple marinade, quick to prepare. Paprika, olive oil, a bit of lemon juice and herbs. And patience to let the chicken get the marinade flavours. Ideal for your BBQs.
1teaspoonherbes de Provenceor a few stems of thyme
salt
pepper
Instructions
Start by preparing the marinade:
In a container pour juice of ½ lemon, add olive oil and paprika. Stir well. Slice onion or shallot and add it with herbes de Provence (or any dried herb you like). Season with salt and pepper. Stir again
Cut the chicken into large cubes, add them to the marinade, combine to coat meat on each side.
Set aside for about 2 hours. Combine from time to time so that the marinade impregnates all sides of the chicken pieces.
Thread the marinated chicken onto metal skewers.
Cook
Cook on the barbecue or under the grill for about 5 to 10 minutes on each side (depending of thickness of chicken cubes and heat), turning frequently, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and golden-brown
Notes
The main steps: Combine all ingredients of the marinade and add cubed chicken breast filet. Then Cook on the barbecue.
